1. Scope of Services

Johnson Softwares provides custom software engineering, cloud architecture consulting, database setups, and workflow automation. Every engagement begins with an NDA and a Scoping Blueprint defining deliverables, project budgets, and timelines.

2. Execution & Sprints

We deploy code iteratively using agile methodology. Clients receive access to private staging URLs and code check-ins. Sprints require approval of milestones before proceeding to deployment.

3. Payments & Flat Scoping

Estimates are range-based for transparency. Projects are invoiced upon successful completion of specific roadmap milestones as defined in the billing scope contract.

4. IP Ownership

Upon full settlement of milestone invoicing, complete ownership of the private git repositories, databases, web graphics, and compilation scripts is transferred directly to the client.
